So over the past few days there's been two occasions where I've been asked about antidepressants, and I wanted to share a few of those thoughts on this quick episode. In other episodes, I've been honest about my opinions about antidepressants but I wanted to reframe them in this video.

For me, antidepressants and medication for mental health is needed. But the way they're being prescribed and the way it seems to be the ONLY treatment I can get instantly right now simply isn't right.
