  • Discuss how we are tackling vaccinations as it relates to COVID, Flu and RSV in our PALTC facilities for both residents and staff.
  • Describe the challenges that PALTC facilities have with the spread of drug resistant pathogens such as Candida auris.
  • Provide examples of interdisciplinary approaches to combatting the over prescribing of antibiotics and share how this impacts the quality of care for PALTC residents.
  • Review how our PALTC Facilities can work with their QIO to educate and implement policies on Antimicrobial Stewardship.
