In 1 Kings 19:1–4, we see Elijah at a low point—afraid, exhausted, and feeling defeated. But God’s response is not one of humiliation or shame. Instead, He meets Elijah with compassion and care. This passage reminds us that true love uplifts, protects dignity, and never seeks to shame others.
