Take away politics, talk about the Drug War as a normal thinking human being, and the course becomes clear.  This is a VERY different take on prison, punishment, and rehabilitation.  Of course it is as there are no democrats saying let em go and no republicans saying burn em.  Just rational thought a la Antipolitism.
