Paul on the Island of Malta, shipwrecked cold and wet; trying to minister to others is bitten by a poisonous snake. Spiritually, Satan opposes God’s plan to get Paul to Rome and he is actively working to oppose him. We too must “shake off” efforts to hinder our personal ministry opportunities.
