ANTS: Automatic Negative Thoughts.......86-99 thoughts we have are invalid, made up and negative. Automatic Negative thoughts are those thoughts we have that come from the subconscious and affect our mood, cause anxiety, depression, fear, anger and self doubt. We all have them. The trick is to flip them into Positive Affirmative Thoughts or PATs that encourage us and lead us to success and joy. This Podcast will help you "Kill" off the ANTS that affect your Peace and mood. I have also included a breathing exercise that helps with anxiety relief and calm.
