Hanibal Wildhart is a veterinary cardiologist visiting a tiny bayside town, Bayside, to help their orca mascot out with some heart issue stuff. Routine day for ol' Hanibal. However, when the orca is released back into the bay a giant radioactive flying ant swoops in and eats the whale! 

That's just the beginning of the weirdest day of Wildhart's life.
