Anupam's experience spans a range of industry sectors that include Automotive, Consumer Durable, Manufacturing and Engineering Services. Throughout a career, she managed all key HR functions from strategic to organisational restructuring.   

She is passionate about public speaking and is often found speaking at colleges and conferences - largely on motivation, leadership mindset and D&I.   

She has been conferred with Women HR Professional Award, Best Employee Engagement, CSR Strategy Award and CEO Appreciation Award.   

She has multiple years of experience in handling Manpower Budgeting, Talent Management, People Development, Employee Engagement and various other facets of HR. Also looking after the Employer Branding and CSR as an external and internal initiative and creating Great Place To Work.
