Welcome to episode six! In this episode I explain to you what anxiety is and what you can do to overcome those anxious thoughts. I've suffered from anxiety in the past and so, I can relate to the struggles. 

Over the past few weeks, I even took it upon myself to fully study it in a diploma course - Anxiety Management - so that I can help my clients that bit more on their journey to their BEST SELF!
