Join Soul Sisters as we discuss the relevant topic of anxiety and depression. Many have either battled or currently facing anxiety and/or depression. Yes, it exist amongst believers and pre-believers in Christ! Our hope as we share biblical truths and personal testimony that we dispel the shame that will try to creep in and share that there is hope in Christ Jesus. We also cover the importance of the support that each of us can provide to our loved ones. Our desire is that this brings hope and conveys the message that Jesus is for each of us and made a way for each of us. We can regain strength and be of a sound mind and at peace.
