I’ve been focusing and working on myself on a daily but sometimes my Anxiety just comes naturally. For me personally, there are two main reasons why I get anxiety the first reason is I focus all my attention on a topic or situation way too much and it affects me mentally. The definition of anxiety is an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts, and physical changes like increased blood pressure. But the most important keywords of anxiety is (Tension being mental strain-worrisome thoughts meaning stress and physical changes) This is important because having anxiety, depression is usually what comes with it, you’re creating a mental strain on yourself constantly having thoughts and emotions and feelings
