I realize it’s difficult for many to use this word. They key is to never ever say to someone, ‘stop being so anxious.’ This happened to me quite publically in from of leaders. It’s normal to feel anxious, fearful, and even bewildered at times. If we did not experience these emotions, we would not be human.
