It sounds funny to say but I am extremely anxious about this episode and opening up my life on this topic but I am trusting the Lord through it. I have covered it in prayer and I pray that with this - God will be glorified and my sisters in Christ will be encouraged to look to Jesus in all things - specifically in the episode, with any fear, worry, or anxiety they may have.

*Relistening to this back, I said it was at age 34,35 where I sought help and that's not true. This mistake was due to nerves, I think, because it was 4-5 years ago this happened and Im 36 now. So I apologize for that, I was really really nervous to record this episode and I think the nerves jumbled my brain a bit. I make it clear elsewhere in the podcast about the timeline but I just wanted to write a note about this mistake, in case someone was wondering. :)
