Anxiety happens when you think you have to figure out everything all at once.  Breathe.  You've got this.  One step at a time is all you need to focus on when life seems scary and overwhelming. Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip toe if you must, but take the step.  Move forward, leave your footsteps, and learn as you go.
