In this episode, I share with listeners why we might resist the use of mindfulness despite rationally knowing it would be helpful to use. In overwhelming, stressful and anxious situations, we often choose to continue further spiraling, but rather than seeing that as a "bad" thing, in this episode, I invite you to see this as a strength.
