COVID-19 or the coronavirus as it is called has really interfered with the lifestyle of the entire world. It has had a far reaching affect on the health, economy and the emotional state of every individual. We can only do one thing and that's take care of ourselves and do things to reduce the worry and fear that this virus has caused. In my last episode I spoke about the four dimensions of life: the physical, the mental, the social and emotional, and the spiritual. Here I attempt to guide you through each dimension and make some suggestions as to what you can do within each of the dimensions to help you overcome the stress that the coronavirus brings.
