If you know how to WORRY, you know how to PRAY.

Paul invites us to RE-TRAIN what we do with our worries.

v. 8-9

Anxieties are reduced when our fears are brought into God’s PRESENCE.

“And the PEACE of God, which transcends all understanding…”
