This month's Warrior Challenge is to Meditate and Move Mindfully. We teamed up with Jennifer Kreatsoulas, PhD, Founder of Yoga for Eating Disorders and Author of Body Mindful Yoga to create guided meditations and yoga flows for you to connect to throughout the month.
Participate in this Warrior Challenge to:
• Start (or strengthen) a meditation and/or yoga practice.
• Reduce anxiety and obsessive thoughts.
• Find more body acceptance and awareness.
• Embody confidence physically and mentally.
• Strengthen your resilience by doing something that you put your mind to.
