Reba Buhr is an actor (Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, Demon Slayer) and creator/author of the popular Instagram account and book "Get Thee To A Therapist." She also has an anxiety disorder. In this episode we talk about how it's affected her life (a ruined honeymoon and losing a coveted job at Disneyland, among other things) and what she's done to conquer it and ultimately thrive.
