i've had a bit of an awakening. recently watched a youtube video about anxious attachment & realized how important it is to understand what it really means & whether u are suffering from it. this is a bit of an emotional episode for me, but it was important to me to let it out & hopefully u get something out of it too. i'm always looking for ways to improve my wellbeing & always excited to share these ideas with u all. stay safe <3
