Hey guys! For this episode it’s just going to be me again (sadly). For this week’s topic, I wanted to talk about how it’s so hard for me to take a break without feeling so guilty about it. I work hard throughout the week, so I deserve a break and yet when I actually get one, I feel bad for taking it. Isn’t that insane? That I feel bad for letting my mind and body have a rest? Well, not anymore! I’m saying screw that, let’s take a break and actually ENJOY IT. Let’s not feel bad for letting our body HEAL!
