In this week's episode I explore the two words "Any Amount," both on and off my yoga mat. They are so beautiful in the way that they are not asking too much of us or pushing us, they are just inviting us into creating our experience in a kind and soothing way. They remind me that wherever I am is enough, that choosing, going, stretching, strengthening, moving, relaxing, and showing up “any amount” will serve me. Because choosing “any amount,” will guaranteed, one hundred percent of the time, always serve me more than choosing no amount at all.
These two words are the difference between forking down a negative thought stream or a positive thought stream. They can gently lead us in the direction we intend for ourselves, guiding us forward.
