March 23, 2024 ~ Burke Masters grew up in Joliet, Illinois, and his dream was to be a Major League Baseball player. He was a math major at Mississippi State University while playing baseball for them, appearing in the College World Series. Known as the "Baseball Priest," he became a priest in 2002 and served as a Vocation Director for 13 years. Since 2013, he's been the chaplain for the Chicago Cubs. Since 2022, he's been the Pastor of St. Isaac Jogues in Hinsdale, Illinois.
