David Tsen is a Real Estate Agent with Sutton Group West Coast Realty and is based out of the Fraser Valley & Vancouver, BC. He is also a co founder of the award winning Real Estate team in the Fraser Valley : Oracle Property Group. David has been recognized as a top producer with the Fraser Valley Real Estate board ranking in the Top 1 % of agents over the past 4 consecutive years based on sales from 2018 - 2021 and ranking in the Top 1 % of TEAMS in 2022. David has also received numerous awards with his brokerage including being a Million Dollar, Pinnacle, Masters, Diamond, and Platinum award winner based on performance. In this interview David goes through how he got into real estate, what sets him apart and some of the challenges he faced along the way. The biggest challenge was a major health scare. David developed a rare auto immune disease called Guillain-Barre syndrome. This disease that affects one in about 100,000 people.
