Yes, you heard that right. Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly. It made me cringe at first, too. Until I realized that this idea that I needed to be really good at something before I could show up was no longer serving me. Showing up is half the battle. If 20% effort is all you can give today, then give that... but keep showing up. I am proud of you and I hope this encourages you the way it encouraged me. Cheers.
