Heaven is right here!

That is, according to the “Art of Peace” by renowned martial artist, Morihei Ueshiba. I read another passage and offer my immediate reflection. Morihei believed everyone could be a warrior for peace, and that we need nothing else than what we’re born with: mind, body, and spirit.

Another passage and another day of me trying to focus on finding peace in stillness. I will admit, I feel very peaceful when I record these, so… so far, so good.
