A family who escaped the "rat race" of the city to live completely off Grid. Charis & Matthew abandoned their stressful city lives to be totally self-reliant in the wilds of Wales. The couple, who have two young children, built themselves a shack in rural Wales, where they earn a basic income off the land, grow their own food and generate their own electricity and gas.
