The first preseason college football AP poll was released today and Scott already has issues with the rankings. Scott’s alma mater - Utah - comes in at #14. That’s not where Scott takes issue. Ohio State? Surprise. Notre Dame? Surprise. Penn State? Surprise. See a trend..it is almost nauseating. But on the positive side - these polls mean nothing.
