Inspector/Ret. Tim Hardiman (NYPD) hates bullies and loves locking up bad guys. He talks about the arrest of a man who raped a prostitute at gunpoint and the discovery of another victim of the same perpetrator. Hardiman also talks about technology in policing and that we will always need officers to arrest the bad guys, collect evidence, interview victims and interrogate suspects.
