Shane is a u80 & u90kg world class Strongman & Powerlifter. Establishing the MST Systems in 2016 Shane has successfully scaled his online coaching business to new heights. Working with both national and international standard athletes, all while smashing a host of world record lifts in various weight classes. Shane wants to make high quality training the industry standard.
