Our first episode of Aperitif April has us diving into the suds and a little science! In honor of the coming eclipse, we are taste-testing two beers with the cosmos in their hoppy hearts.

First, the specially-made for the big event Vanilla Blackout Stout from Great Lakes Brewing. Then we get a little spacy with Cosmic Haze from Market Garden Brewery.

What do these two different but fabulous beers pair best with? Some choice pop culture cuts with a cosmic twist, of course.
