# Apex Today: Your Monday Morning Update
Good morning, Apex residents! As we start our week on this Monday, May 19, 2025, there's plenty happening in our vibrant community.
The Mayor's Substance Misuse Task Force is gathering today, addressing important health concerns in our community[1]. Art enthusiasts will be pleased to know the Public Art Committee is also meeting today, continuing their work to beautify our town spaces[1].
