Francis Ford Coppola’s  1979 Vietnam War epic "Apocalypse Now" is widely regarded as one of the greatest films of all time. And while it depicts the horrors of war, the horrors behind the camera were also harrowing and nearly took the life of the director and some of the cast. Sadly one set designer did lose their life. SO how did this happen? How does an A-list lineup turn descend into madness?
