Why do we eat the foods we eat? How does our gut micro biome influence our eating behaviors? I’ll share how I developed a sweet tooth and how I minimize cravings. Think about what’s your apple fritter? One thing I didn’t get to mention that I’ll put here… if you’re eating desserts or sweets do so in joy not shame. There was a study with two groups who were on diets. One group they told they had no more of the dirt good and we’re given a cake. The other group was told the cake was a reward for doing good. The latter group digested the dessert better. Their blood sugar levels were better. Our mind state behind why we eat matters!
