To continue with this month's theme about making the leaders' life easier, we're going to talk about the applications of coaching. We've talked a little bit about the coaching conversation, and how it differs from performance management, but there are many ways you can use coaching that will really help you out. And again, make your life so much easier because instead of doing all the work or being the single brain for the entire staff, you will use that ask versus tell skill set to facilitate that. So let's get into it.
