Casey Giordano served six years in the Minnesota Army National Guard and is now teaching and studying counterproductive work behaviours, deviance, and personality with applications in wearable tech at the University of Minnesota. His work bridges the gap between the theoretical and the applied.
Casey and I discussed the broad implications of tech in and out of the workplace and it's impact on both sides of the employer-employee dynamic. We also talked about big-data and ethical use of data and wearable tech in the workplace as a means of better understanding employees.
