In applying the Lekgotla Methodology in facilitating dialogue the Facilitator kicks off the session by introducing the main topic, giving few insights and global trends. He then asks the participants to break into mini-Lekgotla and each appoint chairperson, scribe and rapporteur. After deliberations and reporting back to the main Lekgotla open discussions that lead to resolutions are facilitated. The main Lekgotla ultimately formulates what it views as the final resolution and then closes the session.
