The Customer Booked Appointment and Appointment Status triggers now allow you to target the primary contact, guests only, or both the contact and each guest — running once for the main contact and once per guest when selected. Note that guests added after the original booking won’t be enrolled by the earlier trigger. Setup is simple: add the trigger, choose enrollment, save, add actions, and publish. This improvement helps businesses, marketers, and agencies send reminders, confirmations, cancellations, and tailored onboarding to every attendee.
