We talked a few episodes ago about creating good habits and the fact that we should be starting off small and making sure we work on this at least 5 times a week. This show is a prime example of why it's important to start small and then build. To some people, this episode may seem a little boring or insignificant, but for those who are regular listeners to this podcast, you will realise that I am using my everyday life to increase my own Confidence and Self Esteem & to give me my best chance to succeed it's important i take regular consistent action and also take the time out to appreciate it.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this.
