We knew Elon Musk wasn't making many friends with his new plan to buy Twitter -- but, now, there are reports that the company is preventing its developers from making any serious changes to the app for fear there might be an employee effort underway to hurt the company ahead of its sale. I'm looking into the allegations. 

Plus, does Disney need a new CEO? With shares plummeting, and the streaming business looking more challenging, management may be to blame. 

And, Russia is making good on threats to cut off Poland and Bulgaria from its natural gas supply. The consequences could be severe.
