April 15, 2025 Daily Reading- Read the Bible in 1 Year

Today we have a double dose of blessing as we learn about the connection between the days of Passover, the 50 days later that God gave us the Torah, the counting of the 50 days of Omer, and the day of Pentecost, the giving of the Holy Spirit to the first disciples, that came 50 days after Jesus rose from the grave!
Then, in our proverbs reading today we will read the topics of: Love, Hate, and Caring, Self Control and Pride, and Anger, Waiting, and Selfishness. In our discussion we will talk about how love covers a multitude of wrongs, God IS love, Jesus commands us to love one another, and how this ties into our proverbs today to not be happy when we see others getting into trouble.
God is ALREADY multiplying our blessings in this time of counting! I can't wait to see what else he multiplies!
