This week, we hear from prisoners in Wisconsin, Louisiana, Indiana, Illinois and Ohio about how the coronavirus is threatening them, and what the government and administration is- and is not- doing about it.

One prisoner in Wisconsin describes the “contingency plan” the guards joke about, stating “that they laughed and said when the virus hits, they will lock us in our cells and drag us out when we die. They think this is a joke.”
