Editor-in-Chief Shawn Kennedy and Clinical Editor Betsy Todd present the highlights of the April issue of the American Journal of Nursing. Our first CE, “Original Research: Identifying Hospitalized Patients at Risk for Harm: A Comparison of Nurse Perceptions vs. Electronic Risk Assessment Tool Scores” studied how an electronic risk assessment tool compared with nurses’ judgment in identifying patients at risk.
