Welcome to the April 2022 Energy Update episode!

Othello discusses 5 major themes to this month along with some underlying themes of movement, oneness, and expansion.

The themes of the month of April are:

1. Breaking the imaginary construct that you are stuck. 

2. Moving energy and all the different levels that all entails. 

3. Connection with the outside world and one another. 

4. Learning from one another. 

5. Being open to new ways of being.

There are of course various layers to all of these major themes. Take the time to tune and take notes if you have to. Othello reminds us to sit with all the energy no matter how uncomfortable it may be at times and to remember that we are all in this together, and we are all growing alongside one another.
