Hour 1:
My first guest tonight is President of PK Grills, Paul James. If you haven’t seen the PK Grill yet you are in for a treat. This is an all aluminum cooking appliance that can do high heat grilling as well as low and slow BBQ through the use of the bottom and top damper system. There is a rich history of this product that Paul will tell us about…be sure to tune in for this one.
In the 3rd segment, I will be joined monthly contributor and friend of the show, the Grill Grrrl, Robyn Lindars. Robyn will go on the offensive as we recap a rather salacious article written about her on the Huffington Post website. Robyn will also give us her take on the Pit Barrel Cooker, which she has been using quite a bit as of late and share some recipes with us as well.
Hour 2:
My first guest in the 2nd hour is the Director of the Sam’s Club BBQ Series, Troy Black. Troy will give us some background on the Sam’s Club Series and we will also break down the Las Vegas Regional that just wrapped up this past weekend. I will ask Troy how this region stacks up against the other ones yet to be determined and what his own competition schedule looks like this year.
