Hey everybody! Welcome back to another great episode of Queer All Year!
Today, Cat and McG start out their banter trying to decide if the first use of hillbilly or the anniversary of the SARS outbreak is more important to talk about. Eventually we decide Kansas should build a wall around Missouri. This leads to Cat's main story: the Hate Crimes Statistics Act which later became part of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act.
