The owner of Anderson’s Bingham Square Apartments – part of state and local lawsuits over the abandonment of tenants – has filed for bankruptcy.  IPR’s Thomas Ouellette reports on what this means for Anderson and the nearly two-million dollars the city is owed. 

Indiana teachers will receive a minimum salary of 45 thousand dollars starting in July if Governor Mike Braun signs a measure passed by state lawmakers. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Kirsten Adair returns with a report about the pay raise legislation.  The final version of the measure also strips a provision that would have required schools to have provided paid paternal leave.
