Later in the show, I will talk to Dr. Peter Raven, renowned botanist and evolutionary biologist. He will be speaking ("Saving Plants, Saving Ourselves") on Sunday, May 15, 1 p.m. at the Point Casino Event Center, 7989 NE Salish Ln, Kingston.
