We have weaknesses
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. Romans 8:26
For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. 22 If I am to go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. Yet what shall I choose? I do not know! 23 I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; 24 but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body. Philippians 1:22-24

And may the Lord our God show us his approval and make our efforts successful. Yes, make our efforts successful! Psalms 90:17
The Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing. John 5:19
While we may be weak, our God helps us in our weakness
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
We can be confident; the Holy Spirit will lead us to the will of God
And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. Romans 8:27

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 15 And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him. 1 John 5:14-15
