Jerome “Jerry” Brudos, aka The Shoe Fetish Killer, confessed to the murders of four women between January 26, 1968 and April 23, 1969, by bludgeoning or strangulation. Brudos was convicted of three of the murders and sentenced to three consecutive life sentences in Oregon State Penitentiary.

Brudos died from liver cancer in prison on March 28, 2006.
